Moscow independent label Shaped Harmonics presents the debut album of a musician from Moscow called SP. Peter Zinoviev, the name behind SP (an abbreviation from Latin Supremus Plastice) is new on the electronic scene. Five years passed from the day Peter, influenced by Kraftwerk and Orbital, started making his first tracks. During this period the musician has experimented with various styles and technologies. Some tracks were made just by using digital sound sources, in others you can hear analog machines and even live vocals. As a result of this creative and technological search this record appeared.

Soft electro is a dominant style in the album "Traffic Plan". Dancey but never too fast rhythms and flowing analog bass lines are well mixed with atmospheric synth sounds and melodic arpeggios. Analog electro esthetics of the 80's here goes well with the sound of 90's dance electronica; you can also hear IDM and even breakbeat elements on this album. In spite of having a single musical concept, the tracks are emotionally diverse: energetic and dancey "This Is My Galaxy", intense "Robots'n'Roll", light and relaxed "The Constellation Of The Girl I Love" and slightly melancholic "City Forming". You can't put SP's album into club or home listening category, the album is equally orientated on both.
